I reccommemd that next time go one step further and do what i did a few years back.
take the Eurostar from St.Pancras (enjoy the champagne bar before you depart with some caviar and toast) then step aboard the Eurostar (has to be first class) and in no time you are in the centre of Paris, go shop at the Yves St.Laurent shop, also Pierre Cardin and Christian Lacroix, then off to one of the many patisserie shops where the choice is oh so much better than in London,take a walk along the Champs-Élysées before taking in a show at one of the many theatres.
