   There’s no way that you can make a blanket statement like that because its just flat out wrong.
   Most of the time when we see a woman wearing glasses, she is working, and has almost a “serious” look. She is deep in thought. So, for some, it might say to them hey… I’m busy, and if you try to come on to me, I’ll surley reject you. However; I believe that anyone who’s expecting to win the affection of a woman with a one liner, or some type of gesture, is setting himself up for failure. I believe that it’s something that happends over time. (funny, I don’t recall us wasting any time falling in love in our story. haha) But for some, the intellectual display tells him that she has a brain before she even opens her mouth, and thats enough to send them running for the hills.

   But to answer the question, I believe that glasses are just another “prop” i.e. skirts, heels, nylons, painted nail, etc… that further set off that classy look that a lot of men, (including myself) can really appreciate.
