With the warm weather lasting a little bit longer there is still time for bare legs and summer dress, as it won’t be long before the layers start appearing, so I’m going to make the most of whats left of the warm weather.

We’re just coming out of Winter down under and getting ready for some sun and surf. For the life of me I can’t remember where I left my abs last Autumn. All I can see is this big hairy belly and where that came from I don’t know. And no my legs look nothing like yours Danica. Anyway it looks like I’ve got to start making a new set of abs for Summer, so off I go hi ho hi ho.
Soak up the sun for as long as you can and try not to loose your abs over Winter.
